At the most you might get some anomalies or skin clippings. Theoretically it should be possible to replace the existing 'UNPB' skin textures with the 'fair skin' textures and it should work.The 'fair skin' mod author has posted textures for Cbbe v7 and UNP his page notes mention that UnP variant meshes like UNPB are compatible.So as far as i can tell all you need to do is find the 'existing' UNPB textures and replace them with the 'new' fair skin ones.
